Shipping
Shipping on all orders is based on the weight of your order and is calculated
in real time by the shipping provider. We use USPS (Post Office) shipping for US
Continental orders and UPS for international orders.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock we may hold your order for 7
business days waiting for that item to arrive from the warehouse.

Order Cancellations should be by telephone and email to confirm. If we have
already shipped and we do ship very fast, then you will need an Return Label
number.

We accept all returns if we ship am item in error and we will send you the
correct item on the same day.. at no charge .
Other returns
All returns must be authorized and have an RL Number. Returns will be paid for
by UPS if the merchandise is broken. It must be inspected by UPS, do not throw
away your outer carton as UPS will determine fault by inspecting the box that
the merchandise arrives in.
If you are changing your mind after the piece arrives (still in salable
condition) you may return the piece with authorization, however you are
responsible for shipping costs both to and from or store and a 15% restocking
fee.
There is a 15% restocking fee on returned items not being exchanged.
We can not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during return
shipment. So please make sure you use adequate packaging, and we recommend that
you insure the package for your own protection.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of
purchase.
Clearance items are sold as is and may not be returned.
